Privacy Policy

This policy explains how bots.az ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data on bots.az and its AI agents (for example the yt.bots.az YouTube agent). Data is processed in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data".

1. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
• Balance and transactions: top-ups, what each work (for example a video) cost, and refunds.
• Your content: ideas and texts you enter, scripts, pictures, voice-overs, videos, channel profiles and files you upload.
• YouTube connection: if you connect a YouTube channel, the access tokens issued by Google, the channel name and id, and the ids of the videos you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, sign-in times and error logs, needed for security and to keep the service running.

2. Why we use it

• to create your account, recognise you and sign you in to every agent at once (single sign-on);
• to do the work you ask for: write scripts, create pictures and voices, assemble videos and, on your command, upload them to YouTube;
• to keep your balance and show what each work cost;
• to protect the service, prevent abuse and fix errors;
• to send you important service messages (for example a password reset).

We do not sell your data or give it to third parties for advertising. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

3. Who we share it with

To do your work, the necessary part of your content is sent to these service providers. They process it only to do that work, under their own terms and privacy policies:

• AI models: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT, GPT Image), Google (Gemini, Nano Banana, Gemini TTS), ElevenLabs (voice), fal.ai (image models). Which models are used depends on the quality level you choose.
• Storage and network: Cloudflare (file storage and site protection) and the hosting providers of our servers.
• Google / YouTube: when you choose to upload a video, the video, title, description and cover are sent to your channel.

We may disclose data to competent authorities when the law requires it.

4. YouTube API Services

The YouTube agent uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

We use YouTube data only to make the uploads you ask for and to show their status. You can revoke the connection at any time in the agent's settings or on your Google account permissions page. After revocation we delete the stored access tokens.

5. Cookies

We use only cookies the service needs to work: a session cookie, a cookie that protects forms (CSRF) and a cookie that keeps you signed in across bots.az and its agents (*.bots.az). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data and your content while your account is open or until you delete them. Intermediate files created during processing (for example files sent for rendering) are temporary and deleted automatically. Records of balance transactions may be kept longer for accounting and legal requirements.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, keys between services are kept only on servers and access is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted or its processing restricted, and to withdraw your consent. You can change your name and password yourself on the account page. To delete your account and data, contact us.

9. Age limit

The service is for users aged 18 and over. We delete the data of anyone we learn is under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page and the date above changes. We also let you know about significant changes.
