Terms of Service

These terms set the rules for using bots.az and its AI agents (for example the yt.bots.az YouTube agent), run by bots.az ("we"). By registering or using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. The service

bots.az is a platform of agents powered by artificial intelligence. The agents create content from your idea and choices: scripts, pictures, voice-overs, videos, titles and descriptions. They do this through third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, fal.ai and others).

2. Account

• The service is for people aged 18 and over.
• You must give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Sharing an account or opening accounts in bulk by automated means is not allowed.

3. Balance and payments

• The service works with a prepaid balance kept in Azerbaijani manat (AZN).
• Before each work starts you see an estimated price, and that amount is held on your balance. When the work is done only the actual cost is charged; the rest returns to your balance at once.
• A step that fails through our fault or an AI provider's fault is refunded automatically.
• Prices may change with the cost of the models used. A new price applies only to work started after the change.
• A topped-up balance does not expire. To get an unused balance back, contact us; requests are handled according to the law. Money for services already used is not refunded.

4. Content and rights

• You are responsible for the texts, files and other material you provide and must have the right to use them.
• You may use the content the agents create for you freely, including commercially, to the extent the law allows and within the terms of the AI providers used.
• You give us the right to store and process your content only to provide the service, and to publish it on your command.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or unexpected results. Checking it before you publish is your responsibility.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• create illegal, hateful, violent, sexual content or content that harms children;
• infringe others' copyright, trademarks or privacy, or deceptively impersonate real people without their consent;
• spread disinformation, fraud, spam or content that breaks the rules of platforms (including YouTube);
• interfere with the service, try to bypass its security or use it in automated bulk.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules without notice.

6. Uploading to YouTube

By connecting your YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. A video is uploaded to your channel only on your command. You are responsible for the uploaded video and its compliance with YouTube's rules and copyright. We do not guarantee views, channel monetisation or YouTube's decisions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption, but maintenance, failures of third-party services or other causes may interrupt it. We may change, add or stop features, models and agents.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last three months.

9. Closing an account

You can contact us at any time to close your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation and otherwise in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page and the date above changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
